Introducing...

NagVis is a visualization addon for the well known network managment system Nagios.

NagVis can be used to visualize Nagios Data, e.g. to display IT processes like a mail system or a network infrastructure.

[Context Menu Templates]: New Summary Output Macro

0

Context Menu Templates only provide a limited subset of macros as per "http://docs.nagvis.org/1.7/en_US/context_templates.html".

For service objects, one can currently use the following:
[service_description]: Service description in Nagios

[pnp_service_description]: Service description with replaced blanks for links to PNP

Would it be possible to add another macro to the current NagVis version under testing (v1.7x), which would allow us to retrieve the current information displayed as "Status Information" (on the Nagios Core UI) and also on NagVis, when you hover your mouse over the service icon on a given map?

Many thanks,
Gizmo

You as a supporter of a feature specify one or several things you like to give to the solver for getting the feature request solved. It can be for example a bunch of coins but some developers migth also be happy about some beer donations ;-).
